Delivery

Delivery within the UK costs £2.50 on all purchases. We package up and send orders out ourselves, so please allow a few days for us to send your order. If you have any concerns about this please telephone 0208 968 4302 for more information.

Overseas delivery costs more, with shipping time dependent on destination.

Redstone takes no responsibility for loss, damage or theft of any goods once they have been delivered. Any discrepancy between the quantity ordered and the quantity delivered, including non-delivery, must be reported to Redstone within 24 hours of receipt. Please double check that the shipping address entered is correct, in the event of goods shipped to incomplete or inaccurate address we will await their return and then resend at additional cost.
